By purchasing a membership, class package, or participating in classes at Pacific Pilates LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms ensure a safe, structured, and compliant environment for all clients.
2. HEALTH STUDIO REGISTRATION
Pacific Pilates LLC is registered with the State of Florida as a Health Studio pursuant to Florida Statutes. Our official registration number is HS17135.
3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND LIABILITY WAIVER
Participation in our Pilates classes and the utilization of our 12 Balanced Body Allegro 2 and Studio Reformers involves inherent physical risks. To accommodate safety and anatomical alignment, specific movements have been intentionally removed from our studio curriculum. By participating, clients agree to release Pacific Pilates LLC from liability for accidental injuries sustained during the normal course of instruction.
4. BOOKING, ATTENDANCE, AND EQUIPMENT USE
Due to the limited availability of our 12-reformer setup, classes must be booked in advance. Cancellations for individual classes must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled class time. Failure to adhere to the cancellation policy may result in the forfeiture of class credits or the application of a late cancellation fee. Clients must utilize equipment solely as directed by certified instructors.
5. MEMBERSHIP TERMS, CANCELLATION, AND FLORIDA STATUTORY RIGHTS
Membership terms will not exceed 36 months in duration. Standard Membership Cancellation: Clients are required to provide a minimum of thirty (30) days' written notice to the studio prior to their next billing cycle to cancel any recurring membership.
Additionally, under Florida law, health studio agreements are subject to specific cancellation protections:
-
Right to Cancel: You may cancel your contract without penalty within three (3) business days, exclusive of holidays and weekends, of its making.
-
Relocation or Closure: You may cancel if the studio goes out of business or moves its facilities more than five (5) driving miles from the business location designated in your contract, and fails to provide a facility of equal quality within 30 days.
-
Death or Disability: Contracts may be canceled if the buyer dies or becomes physically unable to avail themselves of a substantial portion of the services.
